International Journal of Human Capital in Urban Management (IJHCUM) is an open access, quarterly FREE CHARGE Publication affiliated with Tehran Urban Research and Planning Center: Tehran Municipality, supported by the Iranian Association of Public Administration (IAPA). The title publishes original research papers, reviews, case studies and short communication covering all aspects of urban management.
